Hello from the Underground. We know how easy it is to get lost in the muck. The M.U.F.F. is your opportunity to crawl out and be seen.
The first edition of the MIAMI UNDERGROUND FILM FESTIVAL screened 20+ short films, music videos, documentaries, and animations from the comfort of Miami’s favorite dive bar.
We tossed off Circle-Jerk Awards, got into some MUFFtalk, and had live musical performances all night long. (All night!)
Did you miss the party? No worries, we’ll be doing it all again in JUNE 2019. Submit your films here.

If you’ve never heard of Churchill’s Pub, then congratulations on making your first visit to South Florida. *cough*TOURIST!*cough*
Churchill’s is THE home for live music and independent art in Miami. Located in the desperately-fighting-off-gentrification neighborhood of Little Haiti, Churchill’s has been an oasis for punk bands, soccer fans, noise artists, poets, jazz enthusiasts, metalheads, filmmakers, freaks, ravers, and all around weirdos of every subculture since 1979. Of course they’re the perfect home for Miami’s premiere UNDERGROUND film festival.

Just look for Winston’s grinning/grimacing mug when you’re driving down second avenue. Can’t miss it. We’ve even provided a map for your convenience.
